We are a team of psychologists and holistic therapists specialising in a range of therapies, integrating eastern, buddhist philosophies with cutting edge evidenced-based psychological therapies. We are based in Central and North London, East Sussex and online

About us

We are a team of psychologists and holistic therapists integrating Eastern Philosophies and Contemporary Evidence-Based Psychological Therapies. We understand human distress and life challenges from different perspectives and therefore work holistically drawing on a number of different types of therapies.

Our therapists have many years experience within the NHS, charity sector, private and corporate settings. We offer a wide range of fees, attempting to make psychology and psychotherapy as accessible as possible.

In addition to our 1:1 and couples and family therapy we also see great benefit in offering groups and courses. Our courses are cost effective ways of learning psychological skills and strategies to manage a range of difficulties. They also offer the unique experience of feeling connected to others who are going through or have gone through similar difficulties to our own. Additionally, the courses and groups offer ongoing, regular drop in support.

How it works

You will be offered an initial, free of charge, 15 minute telephone or zoom consultation with our clinical director, who will discuss your needs with you. During this consultation, you can discuss what brings you to us, what you want to be different and who in our service might be best for you to work with.
